This painting from a photo taken in the late forties speaks of a time many years before integration in the South.  The Coca-Cola Bottling Plant was located on North Market Street in Pascagoula, Mississippi just south of where Edd's Drive-In sits today.  It was during a time when there were not so many choices of which soda pop to drink - caffeinated or decaf, diet or classic - a time when life was simpler.  Copyright 2007
